In 1921, US signed a peace treaty w/Germany. In 1939, the "Wizard of Oz" opened across America. In 1944, Paris was liberated by the Allies. In 1967, George Lincoln Rockwell, founder of the American Nazi Party, was assassinated by a former member of the group. In 1970, Elton John made his first live performance in the US.
